1. Donations Are Voluntary
All donations made to Yashmay Bharat Sankalp Foundation are voluntary contributions toward our ongoing social impact initiatives in rural education, healthcare, shelter homes, environmental sustainability, and community development.
We deeply appreciate your support and commitment to our mission.
2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of charitable donations and the immediate allocation of funds to on-ground projects, we do not offer refunds for any donations made through UPI, QR code, or any other method.
Once a donation is completed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or transferred.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:
– Duplicate Donation: If you accidentally make the same donation more than once.
– Incorrect Amount: If the amount donated is significantly different from what you intended due to a technical error.
In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof (e.g. payment screenshots, UPI transaction ID).
Refund requests that meet the criteria will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only in the exceptional cases mentioned above), please write to us at:

– Donor Name
– Donation Date & Amount
– UPI Transaction ID
– Reason for Request
5. Right to Decline
The foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria or if we suspect abuse of this policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
